Meet Lee

Lee Light, Certified Sleep Coach

 I understand how important good sleep is—it affects your health, mood, energy, and overall quality of life. As a certified Sleep Coach, I’m passionate about helping people experience the many benefits that come from truly restful sleep. With science-based tools and caring guidance, I work alongside my clients to identify what’s getting in the way of better sleep and find practical solutions that really fit their lives.


If you’re struggling with insomnia, waking up tired, or just want to improve your sleep, I’m here to help you build habits that support deep, restorative rest. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels doable and sustainable, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for your day.


I live in the Bay Area with my wonderful husband and our two adorable kitties. I also enjoy volunteering in my community and serving on the board of a local mental health nonprofit. At the heart of it all, my passion is helping others live healthier, happier lives—one good night’s sleep at a time.
